Community Cultural Planning
Helping clients to assess current local/regional arts issues, concerns, and needs within the context of the "whole community" and then creating a "living" plan to enhance the quality of life for all through the development of infrastructure, expanding arts services and delivery, improving and/or increasing cultural facilities, providing life-long arts education opportunities, target marketing, etc. Components include: cultural inventory, cultural assessment and cultural planning.
Organizational Strategic Planning
Helping non-profits accurately assess past and current key organizational
components: vision, mission, organizational development, board , governance,
staff, programs, resources, financial health, institutional image, marketing, audience, etc. and then creating a strategic plan for future growth and development.
Board Development
Helping volunteer boards to better serve their organizations through
the integration of "best practice" models. Components include: retreats,
workshops, committee building sessions, and strategic planning.
Resource Development Planning
Providing clients with practical skills to develop the organizational resources
that are necessary to sustain a healthy balance between the people, in-kind
services/materials and the dollars that drive non-profits. Components include:
organizational audits, board/staff workshops, seminars, special event planning,
special event management, and ongoing services.
Capacity Building
Providing clients with hands-on tools and support to grow these institutions into sustainable, cornerstones of the community. Components include: institutional audits, workshops, seminars, specific staff training, strategic planning.
Individual Artist Services
Helping emerging artists to develop the materials and presentation skills to attract agents, representatives and bookings. Components include: brochure and information packet development, producing DVDs, identifying the marketplace, connections to the field.

Cultural Facility Planning
Providing clients with assessment tools, coordination of local/regional
interests, selection of site, architect, fundraising, committee organization and leadership. Components: Assessment of need, facilitation of architect
selection process, oversight of facility planning, capital campaign planning, and ongoing facilitation through construction.
Presenter Services
Helping presenters to maximize their programs, services and audience development through assessments, audits and audience reviews. Components: Focus groups, program review, survey instruments, written report and recommendations.
Arts Education Planning
Providing schools and school systems with balanced arts education and integrated arts curriculum reviews and new material. Components: Assessments, teacher workshops, community focus groups, hands-on curriculum development, oversight, monitoring and evaluation of pilot programs.
After School Program Services
Helping clients to develop outstanding programs that offer out-of-school time experiences for children and youth. Components include: assessment, staff review, community focus groups, curriculum planning, pilot programming, financial review and planning, marketing support.
